While we make the best efforts to ensure your order arrives as expected there are things to be aware of to help the process go smoothly.
  • Try to order at least 7 working days before the funeral.

  • Before ordering, ask your Funeral Director or Mortician to measure the person that the coffin is for. It's common for a person to require a larger coffin size than expected. It's best to ask your Funeral Director or Morticians for a recommendation of coffin size or add 3-4 inches to the person's height.

When we make a mistake
In the rare case that a coffin is damaged in transit, is the wrong size or model, we'll replace the coffin the next working day before 12 noon if notified within 24 hours from delivery.

If you're unsatisfied with your order we'll ask you to select a different model, or you can request your money back with our '100% satisfaction or your money back' guarantee.

If you choose to order a different coffin this will be delivered within our standard rate of 2-3 days.
